Who is the top luxury interior designer in the Coachella Valley?
Kenneth Bordewick, founder of Indian Wells Interiors and Beverly Hills Luxury Interiors, is a 31-year veteran ultra-luxury interior designer serving Indian Wells, Palm Desert, Rancho Mirage, La Quinta, Palm Springs and every private community in the Coachella Valley. His portfolio includes The Savoy London, The Plaza Hotel New York, Bauer Il Palazzo Venice, and Grosvenor House London, along with private residential work for celebrity, executive, and international clients.
What areas of the Coachella Valley does Indian Wells Interiors serve?
Indian Wells Interiors serves the entire Coachella Valley: Indian Wells, Palm Desert, Rancho Mirage, La Quinta, Palm Springs, Indio, Bermuda Dunes, Cathedral City, Coachella and Thousand Palms — including every private country club and gated community. We also serve Beverly Hills, Bel Air, Malibu, Pacific Palisades and Hidden Hills through Beverly Hills Luxury Interiors, and take international residential projects.
What is Wellness by Design?
Wellness by Design is our proprietary framework — developed with ÖND | Life's Breath — that integrates the Nine Pillars of longevity (air, water, light, sleep, movement, nutrition, mindset, community and connection) directly into the architecture and finishes of a residence. Every material, HVAC choice, lighting layer and mechanical system is specified to optimize the occupants' physiology.
What is Bio-Hacking by Design?
Bio-Hacking by Design is the performance-tuned execution layer of our Wellness by Design framework. It specifies vetted systems — hyperbaric chambers, infrared saunas, cold plunges, red-light therapy, molecular hydrogen, reverse osmosis water, HEPA + carbon air, EMF mitigation, circadian lighting — and integrates them invisibly into the finished home.
What are your design fees?
Two tracks run in parallel. Premium: Discovery consultations start at $500, single-room consultations at $1,500, and full room-refresh packages at $5,000. Ultra-Luxury (Signature) engagements begin with a $2,500 Signature Discovery and scale from a $15,000 Signature Room to whole-home programs. All pricing is transparent; retainers apply toward project fees.
Do you work with private country clubs and gated communities?
Yes. We hold active project experience across every major Coachella Valley community — The Vintage Club, Eldorado, The Reserve, Toscana, Indian Wells Country Club, Bighorn, Ironwood, The Lakes, Stone Eagle, Hidden Hills PD, Marrakesh, PGA West, The Madison Club, The Quarry, Rancho La Quinta, Andalusia at Coral Mountain, The Hideaway, Tradition, The Citrus Club, Mountain View, Trilogy, Thunderbird, Mission Hills, Tamarisk and The Springs.
Do you offer trade pricing for designers, architects and builders?
Yes. Our To-The-Trade program has three tiers: Associate ($500), Atelier ($2,500) and Studio Partnership ($10,000). Each tier unlocks designer pricing, tearsheets, dedicated account management, joint sourcing, and — at the Studio level — white-label collaboration and co-branded client presentations.
Which physicians do you partner with?
Our physician network is formalized under signed Memoranda of Understanding and currently includes Dr. Thom E. Lobe, MD, FACS (founder, Regenevéda; Professor of Clinical Surgery, University of Illinois Chicago), Dr. Fouad I. Ghaly, MD (founder, Ghaly Center for Regenerative Medicine, Torrance), and Dr. Sean O'Mara, MD, JD, COL (R) (physician-researcher, world leader in visceral-fat elimination).
Do you offer online design consultations?
Yes. Discovery consultations, single-room consultations, and Wellness Discovery Assessments can all be delivered remotely via secure video, with in-home follow-up as needed. International clients across Beverly Hills, Dubai, and Asia work with us this way regularly.
How do I start a project?
Start with a $500 Discovery Consultation (Premium) or a $2,500 Signature Discovery (Ultra-Luxury) — both are booked directly on our Services page. Discovery fees apply toward your first retainer if you engage us within 60 days.
